| Description | What is flaxseed oil? Flaxseed oil is extracted from the seeds of the flax plant, and is one of the richest natural sources of omega-3 essential fatty acids. It’s a popular and effective nutritional supplement, because of its high concentration of ALA (omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid).
