Book still very good - Has previous owner's name and the date 1965 in pen inside - Unclipped (16s. net)  wrapper excellent - Seems to be the 1st printing of the 1st edition - Published by Jonathan Cape.   >>>     James Bond's twelfth adventure takes him to Japan, but this is not really a novel involving the usual gunplay & gambling. Fleming creates an excellent picture of a culture far removed from our own & we are introduced to some of his greatest characters. Tiger Tanaka, head of the Japanese Secret Service & Dikko Henderson are two of my favourites. Despite the story revolving considerably around death there is a surprising amount of humour for a Fleming novel.
