  FLEXI CLUB is a family vacation which provides it's members with the holiday accomodation in an extensive portfolio or resort.

As a flexiclub member, you may choose when, where and how you want to holiday almost anywhere in the world.  Points are renewed yearly.

 There is a Levy Charge.  Your levy is called a user charge. 

Some places are more costly than other.  User Charge is a savings account and maintenance cost gets drawn out of this (as per you booking).

The amount not used, get's carried over to next year.

IMPORTANT:

Transfer fee of R950.00 is payable by new member.

Levies can be paid monthly.

Levies are paid up for 2012.

Yearly levies on this package is R12000.

Points are currently selling for R11.40 per point.

Package for sale is 25000  points.  Levies are charged as follow:  R1820 club fees.  Surcharge/ Savings account 6,5% of the monitory value ( 25000 x 11,40 x 6.5%) not exceeding R8120 yearly (this is the maximum you will pay).  Refurbishment is 0,005% of the monitary value of your points (25000 x 11.40 x 0,005%)
