  FLEXI CLUB is a family vacation which provides it's members with the holiday accomodation in an extensive portfolio or resort.

As a flexiclub member, you may choose when, where and how you want to holiday almost anywhere in the world.  Points are renewed yearly.

 There is a Levy Charge.  Your levy is called a user charge. 

Some places are more costly than other.  User Charge is a savings account and maintenance cost gets drawn out of this (as per you booking).

The amount not used, get's carried over to next year.

IMPORTANT:

Transfer fee of R950.00 is payable by new member.

Levies can be paid monthly.

Levies are paid up for 2012.

Yearly levies on this package is R 4750.

Points are currently selling for R11.40 per point.

Levies are charged as follow:  R1820 club fees.  Surcharge/ Savings account 6,5% of the monitory value ( 3000 x 11,40 x 6.5%) not exceeding R8120 yearly (this is the maximum you will pay).  Refurbishment is 0,005% of the monetary value of your points (3000 x 11.40 x 0,005%)
