Unfortunately the costing of the points were taken off the web, but for these 5000 points, you can get better places by different resorts, depending on what time of the year.
Midweeks are cheaper than full weeks and weekends.
Flexi club is a family vacation club which provides it's members with holiday accommodation in an extensive portfolio of resorts.
You need to assure that bookings are done according to your points. Do not leave bookings till last minute, as you could be disappointed.
As a flexi club member, you may choose when, where and how you want to holiday almost anywhere in the world. Points are renewed yearly. Points also grow yearly, with about 5 - 10% average. So if purchase 5000 points, then next year it would be, e.g. 5500 points for 2014.
There is a levy charge, which is also known as a user charge. With each booking this gets deducted of your savings account, which is for the user charge (levies)
Some places are more costly than other. User Charge is a savings account and maintenance cost gets drawn out of this (as per you booking.

IMPORTANT:
Points can be banked for a period of 3 years. After that, your first years points expire, on the 4th year.
No monies are outstanding on the points. All is paid for in full.
Transfer fee of R1995.00 is payable by new member.
Levies can be paid monthly. You are allowed to pay yearly installments up to 9 months.
Levies are paid up for 2013.
Yearly levies on this package is R 7345.
Points are currently selling for R11.40 per point.

Levies are charged as follow:
Club Fees - R1920 club fees.
Surcharge/ Savings account 8,5% of the monitory value of the points ( 5000 x 11,40 x 8.5%) not exceeding R9746 yearly (this is the maximum you will pay) and a minimum R3392.
Refurbishment is 0,05% of the monetary value of your points (5000 x 11.40 x 0,05%) - with a minimum of R220
Base Levy R295
You do reach a maximum levy, that cannot be exceeded, but yearly that total climbs. As per the levies charge up here, it is currently about R12086 yearly.
Please take note of the following. Once transferred, all accumulated points and savings are not carried over. This means that you receive the points for the year, but will have no savings to book. Should you want to book, you will need to pay in money, to use as savings (Surcharge/ levy charge).
