How Flexi Club points work

Points will allow you to go on holiday every year. These points are renewed every year, plus your points will grow every year. Certain resorts uses more points then other resorts. The points for the resorts gets determined on the standard of a resort. eg. Sun City will use more points then Hastings Hall.

Booking a week of holiday starts most of the times on a Friday at 16:00 and ends the next Friday at 10:00. A booking can also be split up in a mid week and a weekend. Midweek is Mon - Fri and a weekend is Fri - Mon.

Peak season holidays requires the most points.

Points that are not used the year can be carried over to the next year. eg You own 5000 points and you only used 3000 of your allocated points. Next year you will start the year with 7000 points

Levy

YES there is a yearly levy. Your levy is called user charge. It is like a savings account. Yes a savings account. Each resort has its own maintenance cost. When you book for example Sun City where the maintenance is high it will cost you more on your savings, eg. Sun City for a week in a 6 sleeper will be around R4000 and Dikohololo for the same period will be around R2500.

Your User Charge also gets carried over that you did not use for the year.

You will always hear about people complaining about timeshare. Most of them complain because they can not get availability. Yes they do battle and the reason for that is they either do not have enough points to go or the want to go to Sun City or any other top resort for Christmas and they only decide to book in November.

PLEASE MAKE SURE WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE TO GO ON HOLIDAY AND HOW MANY POINTS YOU NEED.
