Flexi Club Timeshare Points

This auction is for Flexi Club Timeshare points. 1 Bid is equal to a 1000 points. Price is per point i.e. if your winning bid is R5.00 you must pay R5000 for the 1000 points. In addition to the winning bid amount 50% of the Flexiclub admin fee will also be for your account. ie. R700 (50% of R1400).

Upon winning the auction 50% of the Total price (In above example 50% of R5700 = R2850) will be payable and I will send you the contract documents for completion and your signature.

Once the points have been transfered into your name (could take up to 90days) Flexiclub charges an annual membership/Management fee at the beginning of every year based upon the total number of points you own.
