Flexi Club 61000 Ownership points - Please read through

Ideal for peak bookings.  You save thousands yearly.

The levies are R14075 per year.  Broken down as follow:

Club Subs - R2172 (debit order payers is R1400)

Refurbishment - R1150 with a minimum of R400.50

Holiday Savings - R11500 with a minimum of R 4005.00

Your levies are capped.  Whether you own 13000 - 100000 points, this is the capped levies.

Every year an increase is done on the capped levies, but the points also grow.

You can book more peak week bookings and thus save a huge amount of money, by using the point system for this.

The price is R31000 for all costs towards use of this this package, as set out below:

Price for the points - R14695 ( for the whole package 61000 points - price per point is R0,240901)

Levies for 2016 -  (R14075) This is for the full use of the year of the new person taking over.The transfer fee to do the transfer:  R2315.

The levies can be paid over a period of 11 months - not exceeding September of a/ the year.  Levies must be paid by then.

Documents are requested through the club.  After you have completed these documents, it is sent back the club to transfer onto your name.

The club gives it 21 days, but it takes up to 2 months maximum to complete.  It is all original documents that need to be sent away for transfer.
