Flexiclub points for sale - must sell by end October

I purchased a contract for these points 3 or 4 years ago but have not been able to use very much all. I must now sell this contract but can also arrange for you to use the unused accumulated points and provisional user charges as part of the sale . The contract currently has 9274 accumulated points and accumulated user charge credit R4496 (a typical week in SA accommodation will cost 3000 to4000 points and R2000 to R3000 user charge ) I will make bookings for you after payment has been made and you have returned signed transfer documents to me. Latest charge for a new contract is R11.40 per point. That’s over R43000, but really why buy new when you can buy “second hand” for a fraction of the price from someone like me who no longer wants this contract. Plus my accumulated points and credits are worth about R7000 to R10 000 on their own. Buying this from me is probably worth it just for the accumulated points and user charge credits, let only the fees charged upfront by Flexiclub for signing a contract for 3800 points annually. I paid upfront fees in full when I signed the contract and NOTHING is owing on this contract. Ownership points currently 3456 points per year - anniversary date Jan 2009 at which point about another 3800 points will be allocated and new year's charges will be levied. Jan 2008 charges were subs R750 and refurbishment fee R197, and provisional user fee R2363. All charges are paid up to date and next annual charges are due Jan 2009. You must pay R1425 transfer fees to transfer into your name. Flexiclub says transfer takes 6 to 9 weeks. Effectively I am selling 1. accumulated points and user charge credits (worth about two weeks accommodation in average accommodation in all but high season weeks) thrown in2. contract for you to take over prior to Jan 2009 at bid price and you must pay R1425 transfer I have all the required transfer documents. You pay me agreed price and transfer fee R1425.I send transfer docs to you, you sign and return to me. I arrange transfer.You select bookings up to 9274 points and R4496 user charge credit BEFORE transfer. I will arrange and send you the booking certificates THIS IS A STEAL for you.
