Therefore, this package will cover 23 m².

Condition:

• All containers are unopened and if I gently shake I can hear that all contents are still liquid. Note: The spill down one of the containers must have been from filling or transport. I have never opened any of the four containers.  It has been stored in a  dry garage with a ceiling, not in direct sun/heat.
  
• Warning: The product is past expiry date (Oct 2020 - see photos). Hence the low price. Use at own risk. 
• I suspect it will still work fine but I cannot guarantee it. I suggest Google a bit, weight up the price vs the risk and make your decision. You have been fairly warned.

Reason for selling:

• I bought this to use on a  small commercial kitchen for my wife's home business.
• Unfortunately project delays pushed us past the expiry date (I'm doing almost everything myself and I have a full-time job).
• Now the project has changed to residential instead of commercial kitchen, so we are going to tile instead of using epoxy floor finish.
• We don't have a garage or workshop to try it on ("use it up") otherwise I would do that.

I paid R1816 incl. VAT for this in 2020.  I thought prices might go up as lockdown continued, and I forgot it had limited shelf life.
