This is a Lovely Folded Steel differentially hardened Koi Katana . Hand Forged with a real clay tempered Hamon .
This katana has a lovely folded steel blade made from T10 and 1065 steel . It has been forge folded to create 16 000 layers and has a lovely visible hada (folded pattern/grain) . It has been differentially hardened and has a lovely clay tempered hamon .
The fittings are of brass and copper with silver accents in a very nice Koi theme and very detailed . The tsuka (handle) has been wrapped in real premium ray skin and then in a lovely dark forest green wrap . The saya is finished in a gloss black completing the lovely piece and complimenting the green of the tsuka and fittings . This is a Real sword and not a toy .
