These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Orders made for the sale and supply of Products. When you submit an Order, this shall constitute your unqualified acceptance of these T&C's. We shall be legally bound to supply the Product to you when we confirm your Order by emailing a notice of receipt and acceptance. *All orders are packaged and distributed from our distribution centre and posted in line with our shipping time frames since all our staff are disabled people. Processing & Packaging of all orders commences once payment is verified as received and is posted as follows. Payments clearing Monday to Wednesday to be posted by the Saturday. Payments clearing Thursday to Sunday will be posted BY the following Thursday** Tracking numbers will be emailed once posted. We always aim to ship orders on either Saturday or Thursdays as per shipping time frames provided but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. We place great value on our customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the email details given. We will attempt to address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible and will contact via return email on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint. Should you not have received any reaction from us within 24hrs, please note that your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you, please consider these factors before hastily placing any negative or neutral feedback. We shall perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable skills and care. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. WE ARE NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC SO NO COLLECTIONS ARE ALLOWED.
