Here are more pictures. I don't understand German but it would seem that the coin is 14 carat gold ( 585/1000 ?). It is encapsulated so is a 'proof' coin. It must also be a limited or numbered edition...see front of pamphlet. Obviously the weight won't be accurate (2.0grams exactly) because it is inside the plastic.
