HOW YOU CAN LOSE 4.5 KG IN JUST 3 DAYS

8/5/2012 Tue morning weight: 94.5kg lost 2.6 kg since yesterday. I have not done any exercise
9/5/2012 Wed morning weight.: 93.3 kg, lost so far 3.8 kg, One day to go, no exercise
10/5/2012 end of diet, Thu morning weight. 92.7
10/5/2012 Total loss of weight over 3 days. 4.4 kg

I always spend thousands on pills and expensive diet products, that does not help. It only helps the shop owner and hurts my pocket. I have used this diet and it works like a bom! What is even better, it is so healthy.I followed it to the letter. Today I am 90 kg!!!! Istarted on 94 kg). Yes I did some exercise 10-20 min on the treadmill. My blood pressure is down from 140/85 to 130/85. I set myself a goal, wrote it down and went for it. watch me next week, I'll be 86 kg
