Paperback covers show moderate shelf wear, creasing and rubbing. The entire text block has detached from the covers and is presently held in place with masking tape at the spine. Despite this, the text block itself remains tightly bound and complete. Internally clean and legible throughout. Revised edition printed November 1967.
