This large fossil shark tooth from Carcharodon megalodon species, ancestor of the Great White shark, which grew several times its size. The tooth measures over 119.2 mm along the slant.  A tooth of many colours, dark steel grey enamel, some serrations is left. Some erosion is visible on the gum. (True pathology) this is a normal phenomenon. There are two chips (bite mark) on the left side of the blade.  A small chunk of the gum has broken off on the right side.
