This large fossil shark tooth from Carcharodon megalodon species,ancestor of the Great White, which grew several times the size. Measures over 7.4 cm along the slant.  A tooth of many colours, dark steel grey enamel, there is some serration left. The root is eroded (true pathology) this is a normal phenomenon.  This is an awesome shark tooth! Root has not been repaired; however,some erosion is visible on the gum. The tip is broken off.   It is an impressive hand full to say the least. Estimated 10 million years old.

There is a chip/.crack on the left side along the blade, some serration is left.
