Fossil shark tooth Carcharodon Megalodon Great white shark. 85.6 mm

This large fossil shark tooth from Carcharodon megalodon species,ancestor of the Great White, which grew several times the size. Measures over 85.6 mm along the slant.  A tooth of many colours, dark steel grey enamel, serration is left, the enamel near the one side on top of the root is somewhat eroded (true pathology) this is a normal phenomenon.  This is an awesome shark tooth! Root has not been repaired; however, some erosion is visible on the gum and unfortunately a chunk of the root and enamel has broken off on the top right-hand side. Unfortunately, the front of the tip has been chipped.   It is an impressive hand full to say the least.
