This large fossil shark tooth from Carcharodon megalodon species, ancestor of the Great White shark, which grew several times its size. The tooth measures over 91.7 mm along the slant. A tooth of many colours, dark brown to light brown, the enamel is polished, some serrations is left. Some erosion is visible on the gum. Estimated 10 million years old. The area where the gum meats the enamel of the tooth blade has been severely eroded, and damage is evident.
