This large fossil shark tooth from Carcharodon megalodon species, ancestor of the Great White, which grew several times the size of the Great White shark. Measures over 98.5 mm along the slant. A tooth of many colours, light grey steel enamel, some serration is left, the tip is eroded and chipped. Small chips along both side of the blade. The gum and root have not been repaired; however, some erosion is visible. Unfortunately, some of the gum has broken away on the right side. The brake effects the right side of the upper root.
But still an impressive hand full to say the least. Please see pictures attached.
