GENERIC Plain white/black sleeve or a sleevethat is not the original issued with the single.

MINT/NEW- Record itself is in brandnew condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Thecover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are inperfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or un-played would be classed asmint. 

EXCELLENT- Record shows signs of having beenplayed, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover andpackaging may have slight wear or creasing. 

VERY GOOD - The record has obviously beenplayed many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despitenoticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tearon the cover or extra items. Without any major defects is acceptable. 

GOOD - The record has been played somuch that the sound has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortionand mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing ofedges, spine splits, discolourationetc. 

FAIR - The record is still just playablebut has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise,etc. The cover and contents will be torn, slightly stained and/or defaced.

POOR - The record will not playproperly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents willbe badly damaged or partly missing.
