I'm selling these items for a friend of mine who's husband used to work for the former president's F.W. de Klerk & Nelson Mandela. The signature's are definitely hand signed and authentic, there is no C.O.A. included but anyone is more than welcome to get one at their own cost.  Please find below a letter from the former president Nelson Mandela, addressed to to my friend which is on an official presidential letterhead and signed by him as some sort of proof as to where the items were obtained.
