This is a photo of the complete painting.  Framed with double mount board, light brown outer and Green inner with light wooden frame. 

The photo was taken with the glass intact.  The artist followed all the water colour rules so beautifully.

I can't help to notice how she painted the mountain resembling a human face.

When you look for Bobbie Renecle on the internet, then you find a photo where she was spotted on the Isle of man between Great Britain and Ireland with her friend who turned 103 years in 2014.  Another auctioneer writes that Bobbie was born in the UK in 1925 and that she is still alive and 91 this year.  She painted landscapes, seascapes, portraits, still life, wild life and abstract art.  Her mediums were oil, water colour, Ink, wash, pastel art and scraper board.

Her studies: 1942 - 1945, Birmingham (under Bertram Francis) gaining a deploma in graphic design and fine art.

She spend some years in Cape Town from 1974.  

She studied in 1976 and 1977 and took Portraiture classes in Cape Town under D. Deacon Moore and exhibited in the Cape Provence and most of the time in Houtbay.

She had 9 solo exhibitions in the western Province area, South Africa and the last painting that I could pick up on the internet that was sold on the internet in Cape Town was in 1982 where a buyer sold a portrait painting she painted.  It seems that the moved back to UK where she was last seen in 1914. 

With all the above information, one can with ease say that she never dated her paintings but that she was in Houtbay between 1974 to 1982.  This painting I will then say, she painted between 1974 and 1982, which makes it about 36 years old

I purchased this painting from an auction.  The painting was painted about 1977.  The wooden frame has a few bumping marks on it, not really noticeable, but have to mention it.
