This picture has age to it, as evidenced by the foxing on the white areas. I believe this is a print - possibly a plate from an early book on the Cape Colony - and not an etching. I cannot detect the usual stippling one finds on prints under a magnifying glass, but the image appears too flat to me to be an etching, so I’m selling it as a print. The frame has minor losses.  The picture, including the frame, measure 34cm x 16.5cm, the image: 28cm x 14.5cm. Please add R45 for postage.
