Framed 'WW1 Cavalry Spurs' (With Provenance)

This framed pair of early, original WW1 era cavalry spurs, complete with their leather straps, boot guards and chains, come with attached provenance (see below), on the back of the frame. They belonged to 'Vincent Arthur Ayliffe', a Junior Officer with the British Army who served in Russia. The spurs appear to be in great condition and have been mounted in a lovely, boxed frame and other than the front glass missing, it's also in great condition. The frame measures 36cm x 29cm x 5cm and weighs 1185g.

Please feel free to email me with any queries, and please look closely at the pictures provided as they are of the actual item and form a vital part of the description.
