Philatelic document published on the occasion of the 7th national exhibition of stamps of the Liberation by the Association of Stamp Collectors of the Liberation and the Second World War and held in Marseille on November 10, 11 and 12, 1983 The philatelic document is a product intended for philatelists but also for the general public. The brochure presents a montage of photographs of the Montee a Notre Dame de la Garde Le Char "Jeanne d'Arc" float and the Jean Moulin 1er parachutage memorial at Salon de Provence. There is also the stamp produced by the artist Georges Mathieu in 1980 for the 10th anniversary of the death of General De Gaulle, as well as the stamp dated the 1st day of the 1983 exhibition.
