A superb lightly mounted mint example of the stamp issued for the 1964 Philatec Paris exhibition (SG1651).
The stamp was sold for 4 fr (4 x face value), which also covered entrance to the exhibition - hence its scarcity.
This very rare stamp is catalogues at GBP26 in Gibbons, which makes it (unless I missed something) by far the highest catalogued French stamp of the 1960s and 1970s, and definitely the key gap to fill.
