Signed inscribed  and dated on front cover.

Dates from the 1981 concerts at Sun City Superbowl near Johannesburg. Luxury printing with some transparent pages with song scores and lyrics.

Inscribed to Nico Rees-Jones, a hotel manager who among other duties was in charge of guest artist accommodation at the Sun City Resort and looked after Frank and his entourage during his stay. . I do not have a certificate of authenticity although I have had Nico's position as manager confirmed to me as well by his daughter in Australia, per email. However Sinatra sometimes got people to sign personal things for him apparently and Nico has passed away so any buyer would have to buy the programme as is and without a guarantee. I just don't know for sure if it was Frank or not and the buyer would have to assume the risk that it is not. The signature could be secretarial.
