Made up of high profile day-time radio presenter on Jacaranda FM Francois du Toit (lead vocals and guitar), Heinrich Pelser (backing vocals and guitar), Francois de Bruin Meyer (backing vocals and bass), Kyle Mitas (piano, sax and backing vocals) and Fred Helliwell (drums), these boys are spreading a unique sound that encapsulates anything from blues, hard rock and pop to punk and melodic rock. The band is set to release their highly anticipated debut full-length album Take it In. Recorded with Grammy Award-winning producer Daryl Torr in Johannesburg and Mastered in Seattle by Troy Glessner at Spectre Sound, the album reveals something none other than world class.

For You, the first single off the album, will be released to radio stations nationwide this coming week and is bound to be a chart topper.
The album also features Kahn Morbee from The Parlotones on the track Hurry My Love.
Frankie Fire has been gigging and touring relentlessly across South Africa, including two December tours with Crash Car Burn. They have also played numerous festivals including headlining slots at Oppikoppi, and regularly open for the likes of Prime Cricle, Elvis Blue, Van Coke Kartel, Aking, Fokof Polisiekar and Heuwels Fantasties to thousands of fans.
