The top notes include fruity raspberry, black currant, fresh cinnamon, clove and rose. The heart is smoky and earthy with accords of patchouli, sandalwood and incense. The perfume closes with a base of warm amber, musk and benzoin. Dominique Ropion is the designer behind this scent.

Frederic Malle is a notable fragrance designer with family ties in the industry. His grandfather established Christian Dior Perfumes where his mother worked as an Art Director. Malle was born in Paris in 1962, and after 15 years in the industry, he established his own brand in 2000. Since then, the brand has launched dozens of unique scents for men and women.
