You can Google to find out where the hot spots in your area can be found. The little laptop can also connect directly to the internet through internet provider services like those of i-Burst, Nuetel and other similar service providers. For this you will need a subscription. The little laptop is mainly aimed at the educational market to make it possible for students to do research for projects etc. It is also popular with "on the go" travelers who needs to stay in touch with their office or families. It can be used to watch HD movies on internet or to listen to music stored on your SD card. You cannot use a dongle, SIM card or your cellphone as a modem on this laptop.
