Kahlua Vintage Mayan Hand Made Ceramic Decanter
This is an original hand made ceramic bottle with the Reg No. dated in 1937. Desirable & very collectible item. Green label at the top on the back. (Most labels I have researched appear in the middle and are white/beige in colour)
"Kahlua was first made in 1936 by Spanish aristocrat Don Álvaro Domecq y Díez . During Mexico's involvement in the Spanish civil war from 36-39 a lot of this was shipped out to Spain requiring the bottling date on all bottles leaving Mexico. A series of hand painted specialty bottles were produced in 1937 to honor the death of his father " Candy R, Avid Collector - justanswer.com
CONDITION: The ceramic bottle is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It has its original plastic lid/stopper. On the back you will find the original label but time has done the label no favours. Most of it is still legible however the top and edges have been worn with the loss of some text.
PLEASE STUDY THE PICTURES AS THEY MAKE UP PART OF THE DESCRIPTION
