When purchasing a dress from us, kindly indicate which school you are from. As a policy, we don’t sell the same dress to two students in one school. We'd hate to have you looking like the next person on your big night!!

DELIVERY, SOME T's and C's and all that stuff.....

Once you have paid for your order, we will inform you of stock availability within 48 hours. At this stage, you can choose another item or we will refund your money with the necessarily bank charges incurred.

Typically we take 3-7 days to "stock" your dress. (ie- retrieve it from warehouse, or speak to our factories to make the dress available)

It takes 3-7 days to ship.

In TOTAL, please estimate 14 WORKING days for delivery.

Once you've received your dress which will be breath-taking.....

Should you be unhappy with anything, PLEASE, contact us immediately. You have 7 days grace to do so from date of delivery.

If you have problems, we are happy to refund you. Dresses however should be unworn and in original packaging.

We are also very happy to exchange your item.
