Hardcover published by C. Struik 1965. The jacket is whole, but rubbed and worn, with several chips and short tears to edges, and a single word in pen on the inside rear flap. The red faux leather boards with gilt titling and stamped designs are clean and square. Name of previous owner, and tanning to inside front paste-down and page opposite. There are several underlinings in pen to a few pages, as well as short marginal notes in pen. Number 290 of a limited edition of 750 copies.
