Vintage Pair of Silver Plated Retractable Ice/Sugar Tongs. The item has a scalloped disc Grip for two fingers while pressing down at the top with a thumb. This action causes the Pincers to open. Releasing pressure on the thumb will then naturally cause the Pincers to close again.   The Pincer has 3 claw arms and the whole item is SOLIDLY manufactured.
