Hand-splitoak staves were sun dried in France for at least 3 years, after which wine barrels were constructed from them. Wine, brandy and sherry were matured in these barrels before they were processed into sawdust.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
LK'S wine barrel sawdust is infused with a subtle wine aroma making it the ideal product to impact a smoky flavour to your pork, sausage, chicken, meat or fish dishes. Sprinkle shavings over hot coals or pour into a small metal pan or foil pie tin and place on coals.
