The pages are aged, and the edges browned, but are crisp and unmarked, and still well bound. The three fold-out facsimile documents are undamaged and intact ("Map Shewing the Extent of the Colony in 1688", "Facsimiles of Signatures of Some of the French Refugees", and "Map Shewing Positions of Farms Granted to French and Dutch Settlers Up To 1700").
