Fresh Culinary LEMONGRASS - Established 2 L Root Stock

(Cymbopogon)

Why buy supermarket plastic packets when you can grow your own!
This is the real deal - highly aromatic, garden-grown Lemongrass ready to be harvested for Thai curries, soothing teas, or as a natural mosquito repellent for your patio.
We are offering well-established plants in 2L bags with a massive root system, meaning you can start harvesting almost immediately.
This is a hardy, perennial grass that thrives in the South African climate, forming a beautiful, fountain-shaped lime-green clump in your garden or a large pot.
Care Instructions:
Plant in full sun for the best oil production and fastest growth. It loves heat and handles a variety of soils, though it performs best with regular watering and occasional composting. In colder regions, the foliage may turn brown in winter but will shoot back rapidly in spring. Simply trim the stalks to the ground once a year to keep the plant looking neat and productive.
Shipping Note:
To ensure the safest and most affordable transit, we send these plants bare-rooted. The long foliage is trimmed back slightly to reduce stress during travel, but the established root ball is kept moist and secure in specialized protective packaging. The asking price includes all packaging materials required for safe courier delivery.
