Very helpful up until the point that I confirmed with the South African Post Office the item has never entered this country. Hong Kong Post tells me the seller must fill in the forms with them - if this has been done I have not heard anything. Now my last four emails have gone unanswered. And its two months and I still do not have my item. And no reply. I would not be shocked if stuff goes missing in the post here but would just like my queries answered - even if it's bad news, doesn't matter.
