How to Use:

1. Install the Whitening Light and Tray: Attach the whitening light and tray to the Frost White device.
2. Apply Whitening Gel: Dispense 0.5ml of the tooth whitening gel onto the tooth tray. If you have sensitive gums and teeth, also apply 0.2ml of the blue-sensitive gel.
3. Start the Whitening Process: Turn on the Frost White teeth whitening device and place the tray over your teeth.
4. Whitening Session: Continue the application for 30 minutes. The device will beep at the 15-minute mark. After 30 minutes, remove the whitening lamp.
5. Clean Your Teeth: Rinse your teeth with water to clean off any remaining gel.
6. Recommended Usage: Use the whitening pens 3-4 times a week for 4 weeks. Expect to see your teeth whitened by 3-6 levels.
