🔥 Cooking Instructions (Pan-Fry/Steam Combo Traditional Potsticker Style):

🥟 Pan-Fried (Recommended):

  1. Heat 12 tbsp of neutral oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  2. Arrange frozen potstickers flat-side down in a single layer.

  3. Fry for 23 minutes until the bottoms turn golden brown.

  4. Add ¼ cup water (or enough to cover the bottom of the pan).

  5. Cover with a lid and let steam for 56 minutes until water evaporates.

  6. Uncover and cook for another 12 minutes for extra crisp.

  7. Serve hot with soy sauce, black vinegar, or chili crisp.

🥟 Air-Fry (Crispy Option):

  1. Preheat air fryer to 190°C.

  2. Lightly spray potstickers with oil.

  3. Cook for 810 minutes, shaking halfway through.

🥟 Steam (Softer Skin):

  1. Line a steamer with parchment.

  2. Steam frozen potstickers over boiling water for 78 minutes.

  3. Optional: Pan-sear the bottoms after steaming for added crisp.
