The Fuelshark could be used on any vehicle as long as it runs on a twelve volt system (most vehicles do). It doesn’t have adverse effect on a car’s on board computer. To check if the Fuelshark is working, the LED light will come on when you plug it into your cigarette lighter adapter. You can also run your own test, fill your tank without topping off. Record the odometer reading before driving, drive your car until you are at about half a tank, record your odometer reading and you will now know how many miles you have driven.
