I imported these in bulk for several applications but I have a few extra, I used mine to grow Kale seedlings at the end of winter to get an early head start before spring. Now I mainly use them on my aquarium plants. They can also be used to make indoor plants flourish. I have one on a ficus benjamina in my poorly lit bedroom and it has done wonders.
They don't have a large beam angle so I would recommend one for each individual house plant, or alternatively one every 200mm X 200mm above an aquarium or indoor seedling tray. This might sound a bit much but it still works out cheaper than any of the larger LED lights on the market (Rand/Square meter of lighting).
It's perfect for a small Grow Box, Grow Tent, DIY Hydroponics or a bonsai garden
Last photo is after 3.5 months with a second growlight added and plants had been thinned out once already
