This is a last minute booking and by bidding on this auction and being successful, you will be getting a great bargain. It is of vital importance that you read and understand the terms of the aution below.

AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Payment is to be made within 12 hours of the auction close. I am able to accept credit card payments and EFT's.
2. DO NOT BID if you do not intend on paying within 12 hours of the auction close. Once you win the auction you are legally bound to conclude the agreement.
3. You will receive your booking confirmation the day following the auction close, once your payment has been received.
4. Some resorts charge a breakage deposit - it is up to you to contact the resort and determine this beforehand.
5. I act as an agent on behalf of various accomodation owners - you will receive your confirmation directly from the accomodation supplier.
6. I am not liable for any negative experiences you may encounter at the resort during your stay. Please take those issues up with resort management directly as they are responsible for ensuring you have a suitably enjoyable vacation.
7. PLEASE do not ask detailed questions about the layout of the resort or the unit - in most cases I have not been to the resort myself and cannot answer these questions. You must contact the resort directly to determine these facts.
