Totally automatic: you just have to plug it in. This yoghurt maker incubates 1 litre of healthy yoghurt in a period 8 to 12 hours (during the night, for example).

How to use

Using the yoghurt maker is as simple as this:

  1. Put 1 litre of milk in the jar included.
  2. Mix the yogurt starter in the milk with a sterelised spoon. Alternatively you can use a cup of non-flavoured yoghurt to start the culture.
  3. Turn on the yoghurt maker and wait 8-12 hours for incubation.
  4. For better texture, after incubation store in the refrigerator for another 8-12 hours.
