A 10pp autograph letter to Author, perhaps a draft copy of letter from D.R. Campbell? The book is inscribed from the Author 6-5-1970 to D.R. Campbell who was by that time Circle Engineer himself at the opening of the Kougha dam in 1970 which captured the flow of the Khouga and Baviaans river for the irrigation of citrus crops in the Gamtoos River valley.
