This is not a refill or re-used cartridge, this is a new manufactured cartridge.

All generic consumable products are warranted against defects in either material or workmanship. If any of these products are DOA or fail within the first 50% of use, they will be replaced, subject first to a visual inspection on our side. Product with more than 50% usage, as with originals are no longer under a product warranty.

This protects you from being forced to purchase overpriced original consumables for your printers in the safety that your warranty can not under any circumstances be voided, otherwise the original manufacturer can face a lawsuit.
