Wendyhouse-mania continues! The time has come to clear more of my stuff from the wendyhouse. Over the next few weeks I will be posting everything I have found, big and small things, cool 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and 2000's stuff. Time to throw out old childhood memories, toys, games, vintage camera and movie equipment, pictures, sports gear, books, things that my parents used, collector's items and many other things that just accumulated over the years.

CRAAAAAZZZZZY R1 starts on all my auctions!
Up for auction is this Maestro cricket bat made by Gunn & Moore. This was the cricket bat you wanted to have in the 80's and 90's (if you could afford it), it was ridiculously expensive. For many years this was GM's top of the range bat, even today you will have a hard time finding a piece of willow like this one. Size is men's short handle, it is a pretty thick bat, much like the modern bats of today. There are some stress cracks at the toe of the bat but the sweetspot is as sweet as ever, the handle is very solid, the grip is still ok and the stickers are still nice and bright. So whether you want to play with it or collect it for sentimental reasons this is a very nice piece, one of the best and most successful bats ever made. As always, please take a close look at all pictures since they form an important part of my description.
