Galactic Empires CCG

Here we have  a brand new still in shrink box of booster packs for the old, OOP Galactic Empires Collectible Card Game. These are for the Primary Edition Series II. The game was one of the better ones that was produced in the CCG explosion of the mid to late 1990's. While Magic The Gathering won the day, and there were plenty of imitators who were mediocre to poor and in turn caused many a start up or even established company to file for bankrupsy. History lesson aside:

Galactic Empires was first published by Companion Games in 1994. Its primary designer was C H Schulte. It requires players to collect planets etc for resources and use said resources to deploy space ships, special manouvres etc. The game apppears quite complex but once you get through the initial rules it plays well. A sign of its success back in the day is it wennt through a number of editions and expan sions, which means there was a definite demand for the game.

Please Read This Carefully:

This auction is for 1 x box of booster packs. I cannot recall how many boosters there are in a box other than its a lot. As boosters are pretty useless by themselves, I will throw in 1 x starter deck with the auction. The picture below details an A and a B deck, if you win you will need to tell me which one you want. If you want both you will have to win two auctions. I have to do this as otherwise I fear I will be left with a box of boosters and no starter decks left to go with them.
