Its hardness is 58-60 units on Rockwell scale allowing to speak with confidence on the knife durability, its resistance to high loads and extreme conditions of use. It is essential that the knife retains sharpening for as long time and you do not need to have any special knowledge to recover the sharpness of the blade.

Unfolded length of Ganzo G704 is about 20 cm. the blade is 8.6 cm.
